The hotel was spacious and offered a nice size balcony, but it needed some renovation. The rooms could benefit from a rug to avoid constantly walking on sand on the hard floor. The service was friendly and extremely helpful, making my stay pleasant. Despite being tucked away from main streets, the location was convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience was good, but I had to argue about being charged for prepaid breakfast.
The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, a perfect size, although they didn't smell as good as the rest of the hotel. The service was friendly but not very helpful when it came to questions or concerns. The location was stunning, close to restaurants, with indoor and outdoor pools facing the beach, although there was a sewer smell in the hallway. The dining was top-notch with the best French fries, but overpriced at thirty dollars. Facilities were excellent, but no cleaning service for a 2-night stay.
The hotel was in a beautiful location right on the beach, offering stunning views that exceeded our expectations. However, there were issues with cleanliness and services, dampening the overall experience.
